Usage1: This is often used when you tell someone a fact, your opinion or advice.
Usage2: When it follows a noun, it sounds very feminine.(similar to わよ)

あの店のラーメン、辛かった
あのみせのらーめん、からかった
The ramen in the restaurant was spicy.

あの、ズボンのチャック、開いてます
あの、ずぼんのちゃっく、あいてます
Ah… the zipper of your trouser is open.

Usage2 (Ending used only by females. Not common in real life.) :
これが私の特製スープ
これがわたしのとくせいすーぷ
This is my special soup!
