verb + ちゃった。 (you can use this instead of just た)
When you use this, you imply that you have done something you weren’t expecting.
Although it’s used in a negative way usually, can be used in a positive way.
Informal version of てしまった.
If you say ちった, it sounds masculine.
Examples
あのＴシャツ、無くしちゃった。
あのてぃーしゃつ、なくしちゃった。
I lost that T-shirt.
試験に受かっちゃった！
しけんにうかっちゃった！
I passed the exam! (I didn’t expected it)
